Tyrus' 5th birthday!

So he did it. :( He turned 5 even though I told him not to. I can't believe how big he is getting, it makes me sad and happy all at the same time. Here are a few pics from his birthday.

It started with James and I decorating after he had gone to sleep.

"MOM LOOK 3 DOLLARS" (5 dollar bill) he was so excited. As soon as we got home he wanted me to put it in his piggy bank.

We headed home to wait for dad to get home from work then we were off again.....dinner at Wingers

It was a really fun day, and more fun to come on Monday with his birthday party with all the extended family.

Coming August 31, 2012!!!

So just before Christmas we found out we were having a baby. My first appointment was on January 18th, which put me at 10 1/2 weeks. I have been terribly sick and so tired I could sleep for days. I went in and my doctor said I felt more like 8 weeks, not 10 1/2 so she ordered me an ultra sound to get my dates for sure. Friday the 20th I went in. The second she put the thing-a-ma-jig on my belly she says, 'well there's two sacks'. WHAT?!? I had to ask what she meant cause I was too flustered, she said, 'there are two babies'. Yep TWINS!!! I am still in shock, and I really wish I could see all your faces right now, I love seeing the shock! Sadly I was alone in the ultra sound because I thought it was no big deal and James could come to the ultra sound when we find out what our BABY is. Well he will be there, just to find out what our BABIES will be. We are so excited and still freaking out, a lot. But we have 7 months to prepare, although I really hope it is more like 6. Here are the ultra sound pics!!! I usually look at these daily to make sure it wasn't just some crazy dream.
